Mehal Thakor founded Ath Software Solutions with a straightforward premise: that the best industrial software is built by engineers who have worked inside the industries they are building for — not by generalist developers applying IT patterns to OT problems.

His 29-year career spans terminal automation, SCADA development, and enterprise software across oil & gas, manufacturing, and process industries. He has personally designed and delivered TAS software for major petroleum companies in India and internationally across Brazil, Hong Kong, Switzerland, Tanzania, and Nigeria — during his tenure at GE Oil & Gas and Emerson Process Management.

He holds a B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering from M.S. University Baroda, completed the Executive Programme in Business Management (EPBM) at IIM Calcutta, and holds a GE Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma. He founded Ath Software Solutions to build industrial software on that depth of experience — delivered with the discipline of ISO 9001:2015 certified engineering processes.

Device driver development and integration for all major batch preset controllers: DanLoad and SmartLoad (Single/Dual Arm), AccuLoad II, III, IV (Single/Dual Arm), Contrec CB 1010A.
