What Working at Ath Software Looks Like
You will work on software that runs in process plants, petroleum terminals, and manufacturing facilities. Engineers here understand field instruments, communication protocols, and why ISA-18.2 alarm management exists. This is not generic software development.
Our SDLC is ISO 9001:2015 certified. You will learn and work with structured V&V processes, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Test Manager, and documentation standards that professional software engineering requires. Good practices become instinct, not checklists.
Our projects have real operational consequences — a SCADA for 70+ municipal stations, a VPP deployed at an oil manufacturing facility in the USA, a TAS for major petroleum process industry clients. The software you write runs somewhere important.
We are a small, focused team. Your work directly shapes the software we ship. There are no layers of hierarchy between your code and the production system. Senior engineers review, mentor, and remain accountable alongside every developer.
Open Positions
.NET Core / Full-Stack Developer
Development of web applications, SCADA components, ERP modules, and custom enterprise software. Strong knowledge of .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and Angular or React required. Experience with REST API design and database design preferred. Industrial automation or SCADA experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
Automation Software Engineer
Development of SCADA, HMI, IIoT, and industrial automation software. Understanding of industrial communication protocols (OPC UA, Modbus) is strongly preferred. Experience with .NET, C# required. Hands-on experience with PLC integration, SCADA systems, or DCS environment is a significant advantage.
